TAWS May Release - Sneak Peek Day 2

Hello friends,

Today i'm sharing a card made with a TAWS stamp set that's going to be released on 04/30.  This set is called Nap Time.  It contains many super cute baby images.  I used the big ducky stamp to create the background.  Then i made a sequin shaker using a piece of wood veneer.  This card is great of baby boy or girls.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a wonderful day!!

Papertrey Ink - April Blog Hop

Hello everyone,

I made this card for PTI April Blog Hop.  My inspiration is the far right image on the middle row.

To create the background, i used the technique here by Jennifer McGuire.  I used Tumble Glass and Peacock Feathers distress inks.  The flowers are water-colored.

Smart Bee Card

Good morning everyone,

Hope you had a great weekend! Today i'm sharing one of the cards i made for my son.  He's in kindergarten and absolutely proud of himself that he can read.  He really loves it when i put a card in his lunch box.

For this card, i used 3 of TAWS sets: BEE Sweet, BEE Happy, and BEE Unique.  BEE Sweet is an absolute must have for me to build sentiments.  I stamped and embossed the snow flakes, then distressed the background with Tumbled Glass and Broken China.  I colored my bee with Copics, fussy cut and mounted on foam tape.
